We are happy to offer store credit or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase. Store credit can be used both in-store and online. We do not issue refunds for return items. We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.
Any item purchased on sale is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount. Returns will not be accepted for intimates, swimwear, apothecary, vintage, art, or books.
All returns must be pre-approved. Before returning an item, please contact us at email@example.com to notify us of the item you wish to return and the reason for return.
For online orders, items must be shipped within 5 business of receipt. All sales final after 5 business days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs, and for safely packaging items so they are received undamaged. Items will be checked and approved for return or exchange once received. AP Shop reserves the right to deny approval to buyer’s returns if they do not meet our policy requirements. All exchanges are subject to product availability.
Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, international taxes, or shipping charges.
